1) How long have you been as a manager?
2)Why did you decide to choose this job?
3)Do you feel a lot of pressure to do this job, especially in your emotion?
4)Would you choose another profession if you could?
5)Do you have experiences that you couldn't separate your job and your life?
6)Do you feel you are changed after these years work?
7)Do you want your children to go into this field in the future?
You can ask something about how he manages to have professional and family life. and if the professional life interfere to much with his family life.
回复删除Great research question. In order to help you answer it, I'd think about going beyond these questions to ask about the person's personal and family life as well. Remember to let the interview go where it wants and to ask follow up questions.
